Text Box: Modelling tip - Flock is the simplest form of basing - paint the base Goblin Green and assemble to figure first, allow to dry.  Add a few drops of PVA Glue to 3 parts water, paint the mixture onto the top of the base and immediately dip into bag/pile of flock, ensure flock covers surface and then shake off excess.  Run your finger around the edge of the base ensuring the vertical side is free of flock.
